Introduction

I'm an only child from a single parent family. I've lived in a small town in Connecticut my whole life, and I love living in the city now.
I have always been interested in art, and my love for technology drew me to digital art. I'm hoping to get a lot from this class and the others to follow. I want to hone my (if what minimal) abilities in Photoshop and Carrara. I follow many of my favorite digital artists on Deviantart.com and strive to be that skilled. I wish to be able to create something like this some day:
